Ideas for Hen Nights and Stag Parties

• Go for a day at the races - with courses all over the country and meets throughout the year it's a fun day out, and you never know, you might just win enough to pay for the wedding (or at least a round of drinks, anyway ...)
• Book a top-notch chef to come and cook a meal for you and your mates at home (girls - with any luck he might look like Jean-Christophe Novelli!)
• Organise a parachute jump - but do take into account the risk of turning up to your wedding with a broken leg.
• Book a day in a fancy spa, and then treat your gorgeous selves to a meal at a posh restaurant afterwards.
• Visit the town of Bunyol in Valencia on the last Wednesday of August and find yourself in the middle of the biggest tomato fight in the world. It's usually girls versus boys, so it's a great idea for a combined stag and hen do!
• How about a fun foreplay technique training session? Yes, there are companies that aim to teach groups of girls the "sexy foreplay techniques every girl should know". Well the groom will certainly approve of that one!
• Spend the day on go-kart tracks, or upgrade to a day at a real racing track, driving a Lotus or a Ferrari.
• Have a photo shoot - spend the day being made-over and 'glammed up' and come home with some photos of you looking seriously gorgeous.
• Have a challenge day - spend the day trying to beat your mates in canoe races, pool tournaments, arm-wrestling and tiddlywinks - and present the winner with a cup at the end of the night!
• Have a home beauty day - book a beauty consultant to visit you for the day, and be thoroughly pampered and groomed, with facials, manicures and pedicures - you'll look fabulous for the wedding too!
